The NEW lightweight come-along pocketbook grips from General Machine Products are designed to combine durability with ease of use. Made from high-strength 6061 aluminum, combined with competitors' products being up to 40% heavier, GMP grips help reduce fatigue during handling and setup. Their patent-pending self-closing design allows for effortless one-handed installation, users can simply snap the grip onto the line and tighten it, eliminating the hassle associated with traditional grips. These features set a new benchmark for efficiency and convenience in the industry.
Important: Pocketbook grips are only intended for use for the conductor size stamped on the tool. Grips should not be used to hold conductors at sag tension limits for longer than 6 hours and are not designed to be used as dead ends.
Maximum tension limit: 50% of the rated strength of the conductor or 5,000 pounds, whichever value is smaller.
